Who we are
Overall Project (Projet Universel) is a non-profit organization based in Gatineau. It was created from a simple need: to create real spaces where artists can create, share and bring their work to life. We work with artists from the region and beyond to develop cultural projects rooted in real places and open to diverse audiences. The formats may change — events, works, collaborations — but the intention remains the same: to place art at the centre and make it accessible.
Overall Project is a collective tool designed to support creation, encourage encounters and strengthen the connection between artists and the community. We believe culture is built through proximity, listening and the time taken to do things properly.

Julien Provost has been active in the cultural field for several years. He has been involved as an artist, organizer and project coordinator in various initiatives. Within Overall Project, he oversees project coordination and ensures alignment with the organization’s mission.
Mathieu Donais is a musician and producer. He has been involved in music creation and cultural projects for several years. Within Overall Project, he contributes to the artistic direction of projects and supports artists throughout their creative and presentation processes.
Claudine Parizeau is an administrator at Projet Universel and an active partner member. She works in the event field and brings her experience in project organization and management to support the organization’s initiatives.
